A local community centre.


The Group coordinator, Jan Durbridge, says: ‘I am a certified instructor in Long White Cloud QiGong. QiGong is an ancient practice used to build health, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote longevity and vitality. It combines slow graceful movements with mental concentration and breathing techniques. It can be practised both standing or sitting, so it is a suitable form of exercise even for people with limited mobility, or recovering from illness’. The sessions will run for 10 weeks from Tuesday 10 January to 14 March 2023, from 11.15am to 12.15pm.

It will be run in a local community centre (details issued in the Bulletin/WOW).
