ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023
Islington U3A will hold its tenth AGM
on Thursday 23 November 2023 at 10.30am as a physical
only meeting. It will take place at at Resource for
London, 356 Holloway Road, London, N7 6PA.
Details will also be issued to members via WOW. The AGM will take place before the usual monthly meeting talk.
The first Notification of this AGM was issued to the full current membership on 29 September 2023 (through Beacon).

- To receive and note the Trustees’ Annual Report
- To receive the Annual Accounts for the year ended 30th September 2023 and authorise the Executive Committee to appoint the examiner of accounts for 2023/24
- To elect the Members of the Executive Committee for 2023/24

- The Annual General Meeting is formally closed, and the Monthly Meeting with an invited speaker takes place.
