Background

The benefits of yoga are many and varied. And
very well documented. The British Wheel of Yoga website is a
good place to start if you are interested!
Our weekly one hour classes will resume in September. Please email the co-ordinator, Jeanie Phillips if you would like to join or if you would like more information.
The group is very friendly and
new members are most welcome to come along, try a class,
then join if you think it suits you. The class is now free
of charge.
To keep numbers at a safe and
manageable level, we have set up a waiting list for new
enquiries. Please email me if you would like to be
added to the waiting list and I'll keep you posted when
space becomes available.
The hall is light, airy and warm. It's always
a good idea to wear layers for yoga as we warm up, get
active and then become quite still for relaxation. A blanket
is a good idea. Mats, blocks and some blankets are available
at the hall. If members prefer to bring their own equipment,
items may be stored in a locked cupboard.

Thanks to all who already come to this lovely group. If you haven't been for a while please consider coming back and if you are totally new please come along and see what we do. Everyone is most welcome to work at their own pace and to their capabilities.
