Background
The group is moving on to a second series of
topics for discussion. Each session will start with short
introductions to five related topics using an exercise to
demonstrate the technique and some feedback. The aim is to
use some light fun ice breaker stuff to get people thinking
and talking about these five topics:
1) The Body Keeps the Score — Introduction to Logosynthesis: a gentle process that uses the power of words to help people dispel unhelpful thoughts and images. An overview of what it is and how it works;
2) Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) as part of Energy Release;
3) Building Rapport with Others beginning with the NLP Eye cues;
4) Thinking Traps an introduction to Rational Emotional Behavioural Thinking;
5) Creative Imagery and Aphantasia – having no ‘Minds Eye’.
